You will partner closely with senior stakeholders to shape and deliver the people agenda, ensuring alignment with business objectives. The role combines strategic input with hands-on delivery across all areas of HR.
Key responsibilities include:
* Partnering with senior leadership to support business growth and performance
* Leading on employee relations, performance management and talent development
* Driving HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
* Coaching and developing managers to enhance capability
* Overseeing recruitment, policies and compliance
* Managing and developing a small HR team
* Using people data and insights to inform decisions
Our client is looking for a commercially minded, professional Head of HR / HR Manager who is comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment and balancing both strategic and operational responsibilities. In addition:
* Strong employment law knowledge and employee relations experience.
* Proven experience leading and developing a high performing HR team.
* Ability to influence and challenge at senior level and adapt your style and approach.
* Experience in coaching and developing managers.
* Innovative with the ability to identify and implement opportunities for improvement & ongoing evolution across the full HR spectrum including recruitment and talent.
* Ideally experience within professional services, financial services, or a call centre.
The role offers:
Salary up to £82,000 plus benefits
