Key Responsibilities
Lead daily manufacturing operations, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and quality standards
Support the Head of Manufacturing to run the Manufacturing workshop.
Drive Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce waste
Manage resources effectively, including people, equipment and budgets, to meet delivery targets
Promote and maintain high standards of health, safety and quality across the shop floor
Coach, mentor and develop production teams to achieve operational excellence
Requirements
Proven experience in a Manufacturing leadership role.
Strong background working in Welding, Fabrication and Assembly environments.
Degree or HNC qualified in Engineering discipline
Lean Six Sigma certified.
Eligibility to undergo SC Clearance.

Salary: £60k - £65k
Working Hours: 4 day working week! Monday - Thursday, Full Time.
