Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor Location: Whetstone, LE8 Hours: 6am-4pm Days of work: Friday-Monday Breaks paid (40 hour paid week) Salary: £15.31ph Foxes Recruitment are recruiting for a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a team of warehouse operatives based at their distribution centre in Whetstone, LE8. As a Warehouse Supervisor you will be the main point of contact during weekend hours and will be responsible for safety regulations, team performance, and shift planning. Other duties include: • Serve as the senior management authority on-site during weekend operations, making all critical operational decisions • Independently manage all warehouse functions including order fulfilment, shipping and carrier collections • Handle emergency situations, safety incidents, and unexpected operational challenges with minimal external support • Supervise and lead warehouse staff, including planning, task delegation, performance management, and disciplinary actions as needed • Maintain clear and detailed communication with weekday management to ensure operational continuity and consistency between shifts • Monitor and enforce all company policies and procedures • Manage and support with inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and discrepancy resolution • Coordinate with carriers and external partners as necessary • Prepare shift reports, incident documentation, and performance updates for senior management We are looking for someone who has experience working at as a Supervisor and is able to work Friday-Monday which includes every weekend.
