Job Overview
We are seeking 1 dedicated and skilled NPTC qualified Climber and 1 x Grounds Maintenance Worker (Chainsaw Qualification needed) to join our team. The successful candidate/s will be responsible for maintaining the aesthetics and functionality of outdoor spaces, this work will be railway related works.
Duties
* Perform landscape maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, and planting.
* Operate and maintain various hand tools and power tools essential for grounds upkeep.
* Conduct irrigation system checks and repairs to ensure efficient water usage.
* Carry out regular maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
* Collaborate with team members to execute gardening tasks and horticultural projects.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas to promote safety.
Skills
* Proficient in landscape maintenance techniques and practices.
* Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair equipment.
* Experience with hand tools, power tools, and excavators is highly desirable.
* Familiarity with irrigation systems and their maintenance requirements.
* Knowledge of gardening principles and horticulture practices.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.

Climber must have NPTC in date, PTS
