Knights is a listed, UK based legal and professional services business, operating from 32 locations nationwide.
In 2012, we established our platform as one of the first law firms to transition from a traditional partnership model to a corporate structure.
We work with a diverse range of clients, including global brands, FTSE 100 companies, private businesses, and individuals, to deliver professional services with speed, accessibility, and clear communication.
We are now looking to appoint an experienced and detail-focused Documents Executive to join our central support function within Brand & Communications.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring our documentation - particularly presentations, tenders, pitches, and other client-facing materials - is consistently produced to the highest possible standard and in full alignment with our brand identity. Working closely with colleagues across our 32-office network, you will help ensure that materials - whether used internally or externally -adhere to our brand guidelines and are impactful, on-brand, and visually engaging.
This is an exciting opportunity for a creative yet technically proficient individual with a strong eye for detail and a passion for precision. The ideal candidate will bring both speed and accuracy to their work and will be experienced in producing professional documents and visual materials in Microsoft Office.
