Role Overview
La Fosse is supporting this client in the search for a Data Workstream Lead to oversee all data-related activity across a large-scale ERP programme. The role requires experience with Workday or Dynamics 365 (D365) and Databricks, acting as a bridge between technology teams and business stakeholders. This position is ideal for candidates with a technology or engineering background who have transitioned into business-facing or transformation-focused roles.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the data workstream across the ERP transformation lifecycle.
* Manage end-to-end data migration: mapping, cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and cutover.
* Translate business requirements into actionable data deliverables.
* Collaborate with technical teams using Databricks for pipelines, transformations, and analytics.
* Implement data governance, documentation, and controls.
* Act as SME for ERP-related data structures, reporting, and integrations.
* Ensure risks, timelines, scope, and quality targets are met.
Candidate Profile
Essential:
* Experience leading data workstreams in ERP transformations (Workday or D365).
* Hands-on Databricks experience (notebooks, Delta tables, pipelines).
* Technology or engineering background with experience in business-focused or transformation roles.
* Knowledge of data management, migration methodologies, quality frameworks, and data lifecycle processes.
* Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Desirable:
* Charity, public sector, or mission-driven experience.
* Knowledge of cloud-native architectures and integration patterns.
* Exposure to programme governance and large digital change initiatives.
