About the Role
As a Blended Learning Tutor, you will deliver personalised, engaging lessons that seamlessly integrate online platforms with in-person support. You will work closely with learners to build confidence, close gaps in understanding, and foster independent learning skills.
Key Responsibilities
1. Plan and deliver engaging blended learning sessions tailored to individual needs
2. Use digital platforms and interactive resources to enhance learning
3. Provide clear explanations, constructive feedback, and ongoing encouragement
4. Track progress and adapt teaching strategies to maximise outcomes
5. Build positive, professional relationships with learners and families/schools

6. Qualified tutor/teacher or strong subject specialist
7. Confident using online learning tools and educational technology
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
9. Patient, motivating, and learner-focused approach
10. Ability to adapt teaching styles for different learning needs
