Typical day as a Reablement Worker
* Supporting customers who have more complex needs with personal care including bathing, toileting and getting dressed
* Supporting our customers in their own apartment who have a range of support needs including frailty and dementia
* Working closely with the care team to follow support plans, reporting concerns
* Help customers regain or maintain independence to live well in their own home by carrying out everyday living activities
* You’ll have plenty of time for cuppas, chats and catch ups; there’s no rushing from one customer to the next here

You bring
* A level 2 or above, or equivalent in social care or being willing to work towards this
* Care Certificate or willing to complete within the first 12 weeks of employment
* If you’ve worked in a CQC care setting previously, that would be great!
* A positive, caring can-do attitude, and empathy to really make a difference to our customers lives
* Previous experience of working with support plans, recording and using information concisely and effectively
* Knowledge of local community and networks would be brilliant
Job details
* We provide 24 hour support to our customers
* 37.5 hours a week, day shifts, alternate weekends
* Mix of 7am-3pm and 2pm-10pm
* Occasionally our customers' needs mean your start and finish times may change; we will always try to reciprocate flexibility
* Confident using technology for plans, online learning and teamwork
* You’ll need an Enhanced DBS check done and we pay for that
