OVERVIEW
Join a well-established and reputable law firm as a Legal Secretary, providing essential support to fee earners and helping to deliver an efficient client experience. You’ll be a part of a close-knit, friendly team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Audio typing and preparing legal documents, letters and forms
* Maintaining accurate filing systems (digital and paper)
* Opening and closing client files in line with compliance procedures
* Managing diaries, appointments and meeting arrangements
* Handling incoming calls, emails and client enquiries professionally
* Assisting with billing, document organisation and general administrative support
ABOUT YOU
* Previous legal secretarial experience
* Audio typing skills and strong attention to detail
* Confident communicator with a friendly, professional approach
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks
* Comfortable working in a supportive, team-focused environment
