Our client is seeking a Conveyancing Executive to join their well-established and highly regarded law firm in the East of England.

About the Role
This role offers the opportunity to manage residential conveyancing files for both sales and purchases from start to finish.
You will handle all aspects of the transaction, from providing initial quotations and legal advice to clients, through to conducting searches, liaising with estate agents, preparing and reviewing contract documentation, handling enquiries, managing completions, and undertaking post-completion work.
You will be supported by Conveyancing Assistants but will be expected to fully manage your own caseload.
You will also contribute to the department's marketing and business development efforts, supporting the firm's growth through cross-referrals and maintaining effective financial control, including billing and cash flow.
A full understanding of the entire conveyancing process is essential, as the firm does not divide roles by transaction stage.
Candidate Profile
Our client is looking for a confident, proactive, and well-organised legal professional with at least 2 years of residential conveyancing experience.
You should be comfortable managing transactions independently, possess strong communication and client care skills, and bring a commercial mindset to your work.
The ability to work collaboratively within a team and a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services are key.
