Agricultural Engineer - Warwickshire-£33,000–£40,000 + Benefits
The Job
This is a great opportunity for a practical, hands‑on Engineer to join a well‑established and respected agricultural machinery business in Warwickshire. The role offers variety, responsibility and the chance to work with modern equipment, strong manufacturer support and a customer‑focused team. You’ll be based from the depot as well as working out on customer sites, playing a key role in keeping machinery running when it matters most. The business invests in its people, offering manufacturer training, clear working procedures and the support needed to deliver a high‑quality service to customers.
Key responsibilities
* Prepare, service, diagnose, repair and maintain a wide range of agricultural machinery
* Work both in the workshop and out in the field at customer sites
* Use diagnostic skills to fault‑find hydraulic, electrical and mechanical issues
* Follow main dealer procedures to deliver efficient, high‑quality repairs
* Attend manufacturer training courses, both online and off‑site
* Complete detailed and accurate job cards
* Participate in overtime and out‑of‑hours call‑out cover as required
The Candidate
* Background in agricultural engineering or transferable engineering experience
* Confident diagnosing hydraulic and electrical faults
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
* Practical, proactive and solutions‑focused
* Strong communication skills with customers and colleagues
* Full UK driving licence
Candidates with experience as agricultural engineers, construction engineers, HGV engineers, machinery operators or service leavers with an engineering background are encouraged to apply.

* Salary £33,000–£40,000 depending on experience

* Monday to Friday role with overtime and weekend availability
