Shifts: Monday-Friday Rotating Shift Pattern (Week 1: 6.00-14.30 / Week 2: 14.30-23.00)

We are looking for a proactive and motivated Shift Team Leader to lead a team within the poultry cutting department. This role is about keeping things running smoothly day-to-day, ensuring targets are met, and making sure everyone works safely and to a high standard. The Shift Team Leader will also support the team's development and help drive improvements across the department.
Responsibilities:
* Lead, manage and support your team to meet agreed performance and quality targets.
* Promote a strong health & safety culture, stop unsafe practices, and carry out risk assessments and investigations where needed.
* Organise and oversee line operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance.
* Monitor progress and performance, escalating issues and working with other departments to resolve challenges.
* Provide training and development so that all team members understand their responsibilities and can perform effectively.
About You:
* Experience working within a food manufacturing is desirable.
* Have proven experience managing people in a fast-paced environment.
* Highly organised, disciplined, and able to prioritise effectively.
