About the role

With over 100 countries and 600 different locations our hotel network is vast. Layer on variations of holiday types from seasonal flying, city breaks, beach holidays, winter sun, plus long haul and short haul, there is a lot of interesting data to analyse.

We’re looking for a data-driven storyteller who can transform complex data into meaningful insights that drive commercial decisions. You won’t just crunch numbers—you’ll uncover trends, identify opportunities, and craft clear, compelling narratives that influence commercial decisions.

What you will be doing

1. Analyse large and complex datasets to identify patterns, trends and insights.
2. Translate raw data into actionable insights through clear, concise reporting and visualisation.
3. Tell the story behind the numbers—create concise presentations that make data understandable and impactful for stakeholders at all levels.
4. Review and analyse booking & web data. To put forward suggestions and recommendations to maximise profitability.
5. Support marketing activity and campaigns via the provision of prices
6. Use the competitor data trends to analyse and make pricing decisions.
7. Ensure profitability/optimal revenue performance of designated destinations via the generation and execution of price changes through data analysis.
8. See things through and have end to end ownership.
9. Give ideas for how to improve and innovate

What you will bring

10. Strong analytical skills with experience of delivering analysis using Excel and data visualisation tools.
11. Ability to simplify complexity—turn data into a narrative that engages and informs.
12. Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable influencing stakeholders.
13. Experience with data storytelling and designing visuals that highlight key insights.
14. Curious, detail-oriented, and passionate about using data to drive business outcomes.
15. Demonstrate the ability to take ownership in your decision making and proactive in approach.
16. Able to work to tight and conflicting deadlines.
17. Strong logic and ability to consolidate multiple pieces of information into a simplified view.
18. Ability to quickly respond to changing internal and external environments. Got to be comfortable to turn things around quickly.
19. Ideas, questions, an enquiring approach, and creative problem solving.
20. Pricing experience is desirable, but not essential

What we can offer you

To help you decide whether you would like to apply, as a guide, a typical salary in this role is around £34,000 to £37,000 per annum (this may vary depending on your relevant skills and experience).

Our offices are based in central Crawley and we offer hybrid working (within the UK only). Generally, this role works from our offices twice a week, with additional days as needed depending on meetings etc. Office days are co-ordinated so that colleagues in the same team are in the office together to collaborate in person. We usually support new colleagues in the office full time for the first few weeks.

We are advertising this role as a permanent full time role, however if you would like to apply on a part time basis, you are welcome to open a discussion about this at the stage of the application process that suits you.
