What We Offer

Competitive Salary: Enjoy a base salary of £45,378 (including London Weighting Allowance, if applicable) with on-target earnings of up to £57,000.

Guaranteed Overtime: Increase your base salary to £44,385, plus additional overtime and bonus opportunities.

Work-Life Balance: 40 hours per week, with core hours from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, and just 1 in 4 Saturdays.
Your Daily Adventure
Your day begins with a clear digital schedule, featuring pre-booked jobs where members are expecting you. You’ll be responsible for:
* Routine servicing
* Advanced diagnostics using cutting-edge mobile equipment
* In-depth repairs typically done in a workshop
* Providing member advice and recommendations based on your inspections
* Conducting vehicle safety checks aligned with RAC standards

What You’ll Need
* Level 2 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent)
* A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a vehicle technician working on light vehicles
* A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points
