Position: General Manager at Wagamama
As a general manager at Wagamama, you’ll be leading a restaurant team in the Wagamama way, living and breathing our people promise, values, and embodying core leadership behaviours. You’ll be responsible for:

* An experienced hospitality general manager capable of leading a restaurant team with positive behaviour and actions, driving performance in a fast-paced, complex environment
* A strong communicator who has real conversations with consideration and care, ensuring your team feels heard and supported
* Experience in understanding the financial performance of a restaurant and identifying opportunities
* Experience managing a restaurant budget
* Comfortable managing team labour, reacting to changing demands where necessary
* A passionate leader experienced in managing team performance and development
* Someone who cares about creating an inclusive environment where the team feels respected and that they belong
* A forward-thinking problem solver, able to think on your feet and make quick decisions
