Thrive Senior Management team are a experienced and dedicated with a proven track record of providing Outstanding / Good Ofsted rated Residential care and support for children with learning disabilities(LD) .
We are currently recruiting for caring and passionate individuals within the area, to support with our new flagship home in Bessacarr Doncaster.

Responsibilities:
As part of our team you will play an important role in the lives of the children we support. You will be responsible for providing personalised care, promoting independence, and creating memorable experiences for the children, while ensuring their safety and well-being.
Requirements :
We require candidates to have a passion in caring and supporting children with additional needs.
Able to work in a team to get the very best outcomes for our children and young people
Are you willing to train, work shifts including sleeps and be part of the team?
Over 21?
Do you have experience working with children & Young People?
Do you have experience of providing care and support to vulnerable people?
