Role: IT Account Manager

Location: Southport

Are you an experienced Account Manager with a background in IT? Are you passionate about client relationships, upselling opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our growing IT company as an Account Manager.

The company are an MSP that specialise within the education sector, so any experience in this area would be highly desirable.

The Role

As an IT Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring their satisfaction, retention, and growth. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing a portfolio of existing accounts and building strong, long-term relationships.

• Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell IT solutions to meet clients' evolving needs.

• Acting as a trusted advisor, understanding clients' business objectives and offering tailored solutions.

• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure the smooth delivery of services.

• Monitoring client satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly to maintain high retention rates.

• Meeting performance targets related to account growth and client retention.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience as an Account Manager, preferably within the IT industry.

• A strong understanding of IT solutions, including cloud services, networking, and managed IT support.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for growth and resolving client concerns.

• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• A results-driven mindset with a focus on exceeding customer retention and upselling targets.
