About The Role
Clinical Operations Manager - Cancer Services
Lloyds Clinical is seeking an experienced Clinical Operations Manager and Registered Nurse with extensive expertise in the administration of Systemic Anti‑Cancer Therapies (SACT) to lead the delivery of patient‑facing cancer services in out‑of‑hospital settings.
You will ensure the safe, effective and high‑quality delivery of systemic anti‑cancer treatments, maintaining full compliance with national cancer standards and regulatory requirements for nursing services. Responsibilities include managing day‑to‑day clinical operations, overseeing patient onboarding, treatment planning and discharge, and ensuring a seamless, patient‑centred experience.
Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, you will optimise treatment pathways, uphold robust clinical governance and drive continuous improvement to meet service KPIs and contractual commitments.
We are looking for a Registered Nurse with significant SACT experience, strong clinical judgement and a thorough understanding of cancer care pathways. Experience in community or out‑of‑hospital oncology services is highly desirable, alongside proven leadership, communication and organisational skills.
If you are passionate about delivering safe, high‑quality cancer care and have the specialist expertise we are seeking, we would welcome your application.
