Full time or Part time Cook /Chef required to cater for up to 21 residents for a nursing home in North Manchester.
* Responsible to the registered manager.
* NVQ Level 2/3 Cookery required
* A good knowledge of legislation and the law
* A good knowledge of infection control and colour coded equipment.
* Ability to complete daily records
* The safe storage of food
* Ability to use stock rotation
