Purpose of the role To work within a busy production framework responsible for the safe, ethical and efficient supervision of all the operations within the site, being enthusiastic and self-motivated, able to work on your own initiative as well as being able to implement company policy and procedures ensuring Heidelberg Materials UK are fully compliant. To be the vital link in motivating the plant staff both by your actions and being flexible in your approach to ensure customer requirements are achieved in a constantly changing environment.
