Plant Supervisor - Greenhithe Concrete We are looking for a Plant Supervisor to join our team in Camden. This is a key role ensuring the smooth operation of our concrete and mortar production facility, delivering high-quality products to meet customer requirements while maintaining safety, environmental, and operational standards. Key Responsibilities Liaise with the Order Office, plant staff, and customers to ensure production meets customer requirements and achieves optimum output, quality, and standards. Regularly inspect and ensure plant routine maintenance is carried out, maintaining cleanliness of plant mechanisms, areas, buildings, equipment, and facilities. Manage waste disposal, water discharge, and dust emissions in line with Environmental Procedures. Ensure sufficient materials are available for production and inspect incoming materials. Conduct weekly visual stock checks of all materials. Ensure all employees, contractors, and visitors comply with safety instructions. Continuously review work methods and plant utilization to maximize efficiency. Keep knowledge up to date and attend training as required. Perform any other duties as requested by management.
