About the Provider Our client is a pioneer in private healthcare, offering a full range of services on-site including outpatient, dental, physio, diagnostic, and day-case surgical facilities. By providing consultations, testing, imaging, and surgery under one roof, they ensure seamless patient pathways and outstanding care every day of the year. The Role As Ward Sister, your responsibilities will include: * Providing leadership and day-to-day management of the ward. * Ensuring safe, effective, and evidence-based nursing care is consistently delivered. * Supporting high-quality patient care, including treatment, preventative care, chaperoning, screening, and patient education. * Working closely with the multidisciplinary team to maintain a patient-focused service. This role is 37.5 hours per week on a 7-day rota, including weekends and bank holidays, with flexibility to meet operational requirements. About You The ideal candidate will have: * Registration as a Nurse with a post-registration qualification in a relevant subject. * Proven experience as a Ward Sister or Charge Nurse, ideally within private healthcare. * Experience with CQC preparation and inspections. * Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams. * Knowledge and experience of clinical governance standards. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
