Band D £34,101 - £43,815 (DOE)
Please note: demonstrable hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP is essential for this role. Applications without Oracle Fusion experience will not be considered.
You will also need to be eligible for UK SC clearance which means we are unable to accept any applications who require sponsorship / haven’t lived in the UK for at least five years.

As part of our ongoing digital transformation, we are strengthening our Enterprise Applications capability to ensure our core systems are robust, optimised and aligned to the needs of our partner organisations.
We are now seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Application Engineer to join our Enterprise Applications Team.
This role will provide functional ownership and support across our Oracle Fusion Financials environment, ensuring the platform continues to operate effectively while supporting continuous improvement and regulatory change.
As an Oracle Fusion Application Engineer, you will:
Provide functional support and configuration across Oracle Fusion Financial modules including GL, AP, AR, Cash Management and Fixed Assets.
Translate business requirements into system configuration and enhancements within Oracle Fusion.
Configure and maintain workflows, approvals and security roles.
Support data loads (FBDI) and reporting (BI Publisher / OTBI).
Lead and support testing activity for system releases and change initiatives.
Work collaboratively with Finance stakeholders, third-party suppliers and Digital & Information teams.
Contribute to continuous improvement of ERP processes within a structured governance environment.
You will operate within a shared service model, engaging confidently with stakeholders while ensuring accuracy, compliance and service stability.
To do this role well you will need to display the following:
Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Applications (Finance modules).
Strong understanding of end-to-end financial processes such as Procure-to-Pay and Record-to-Report.
Experience configuring workflows, approval hierarchies and security roles within Fusion.
Experience working with BI Publisher and FBDI.
Ability to produce clear functional documentation and requirements specifications.
Experience operating within structured change and governance environments.
Exposure to Oracle eBusiness Suite (R12).
Experience within public sector or shared service environments.
Familiarity with ITIL, Agile or Prince2 delivery frameworks.
Successful candidates may be required to undergo Security Clearance (National Security Vetting) as part of their employment. To meet these standards, applicants must normally have lived in the UK for at least the last five years and be able to satisfy background, identity and criminal record checks.
UKSBS does not hold a Home Office Sponsor Licence under the UK Immigration System, therefore candidates are required to have eligibility to live and work in the UK prior to applying.
