Our client is a scaling & multi-award winning business who are making it easier for their customers to improve their health and feel better.
They are now looking for a commercially focused Head of Digital Commerce to drive DTC engagement, revenue growth and profitability.
The successful candidate will enjoy a scale up environment, showcasing strategic leadership whilst also rolling up their sleeves!
The Role
* Lead ecommerce strategy, driving growth across DTC and Marketplaces
* Drive and develop the annual digital commerce strategy aligned with commercial objectives
* Build a digital plan that encompasses business commercial goals, revenue performance and customer experience
* Play a critical role in influencing Amazon and TikTok sales performance
* Own performance marketing and SEO strategy for DTC
* Own DTC budget and spend allocation across various platforms
* Partner with colleagues in Customer Experience to grow engagement on and off siteEnsure a best in class customer journey across all digital touchpoints
* Define, track, and report on digital KPIs across acquisition, retention, conversion, ROI, and profitability.
* Use data to form actionable insights for future decision making
* Act as a connector with colleagues in Brand, NPD, Sales and Supply ensure digital initiatives are delivered efficiently.
* Manage and develop a high-performing team, setting clear objective and priorities

* A proven DTC expert with experience delivering revenue growth
* Experienced building and managing happy and high performing teams
* A an expert in DTC, marketplaces and social commerce platforms
