Year 3 Teacher Responsibilities • Plan and deliver engaging English, Maths, and foundation subjects as the Year 3 Teacher. • Run small-group interventions and provide pastoral support as the Year 3 Teacher. • Track pupil progress and communicate effectively with parents as the Year 3 Teacher. • Participate in collaborative planning sessions prior to January 2026, induction in January 2026, and start teaching from January 2026. Year 3 Teacher Requirements • QTS or equivalent with solid KS2 experience required. • Strong classroom management skills and ability to inspire children. • Enthusiastic, reflective practitioner ready to start Full-Time from January 2026 as the Year 3 Teacher.
