Job overview
This is a great opportunity for the post holder to gain experience in different departments and expand their knowledge through exposure to ward rounds, clinics, formal teaching and much more. This is a fixed term post available from 01/04/2026- 04/08/2026.
The successful candidates may be encouraged to take part in audits, teachings and presentations which helps them prepare for membership exams such as MRCP and entry into national training programmes.
Main duties of the job
· Managing patients throughout their hospital stay under supervision.
· Opportunity to attend clinics
· Develop practical skills
· Working alongside others in managing elective and emergency patients

Qualifications / Training
Essential criteria
* Hold a current licence to practice from the General Medical Council
Desirable criteria
* Advanced Life Support Certificate or equivalent.
Previous Experience
Essential criteria
* 12 months experience working in Medicine at Core Level or equivalent.

* NHS experience
