Drivers Direct are recruiting forClass 1 /HGV 1/CE day/tramper driversfor our client based in Rawcliffe for 8 weeks.
Whats on offer?
* Monday to Friday day shifts.
* Guaranteed minimum 8 hours per day = £136 per day including holiday pay!
* Possible tramping opportunities for interested drivers though not essential.
* Pay inclusive of holiday pay is£17 per hour (£15.16 per hour and £1.84 holiday pay per hour)
* Example pay £17p/h x 50 hours = £850 including holiday pay + £100 if tramping!!!
* £25.00 per night if tramping (tax free)
Responsibilities
1. Operate HGV Class 1 vehicles safely and efficiently, ensuring compliance with all traffic regulations.
2. Conduct pre-trip inspections to verify vehicle safety and functionality.
3. Deliver goods to specified locations, maintaining schedules and adhering to delivery protocols.
4. Maintain accurate delivery records and communicate with dispatch regarding any issues or delays.
