Line Operatives and Multi Skilled Line Operatives – All levels Production Shifts
Location: Leyland
Hourly rate: £12.60- £17.05 ph+ benefits
Contract: Permanent – Full Time
Hours: 48 hours per week
Rotational shift pattern: 2 days, 2 nights, then 4 days off
We are an accredited Real Living Wage employer.
Responsibilities
* Work as part of a team across a designated area of our production lines.
* Maintain established housekeeping, Health & Safety and Quality Standards.
* Support continuous improvement activity as directed.
About You
You should have a passion and drive to achieve high quality standards with a real “can do” attitude and enjoy a team working environment. You should also feel comfortable and confident in working independently with the ability to contribute constructively to continuous improvement ideas.
Key Skills, Experience & Qualities
* Experience of working in a busy FMCG environment as part of a team is essential
* Experience of working on structured shift patterns is desirable

Previously known as Accrol Group and established in 1993, Navigator Tissue UK is the UK’s leading independent tissue converter producing private label toilet roll, kitchen roll, facial tissue products and a range of wet wipes for most of the UK’s major grocery retailers. We currently have five manufacturing sites in Blackburn, Leyland, Leicester, Flint and Bridgwater across the UK, but are in the process of moving rolls manufacturing from Blackburn to Leyland.
