Job role will include:
Weighing out of ingredients.
Machine operating.
Completion of paperwork.
Following SOPS to ensure the product is made to strict company procedures.
Quality Checking.
Hygiene duties.
Packing.
Palletising. Requirements:
Manual handling experience.
Health and safety awareness.
Good communication skills.
A hands-on, can-do attitude.
Previous production experience, preferably in an FMCG environment.
Previous experience of HACCP would be a distinct advantage. The company operates a rotational 3 shift pattern:
6am - 2pm.
2pm - 10pm.
10pm - 6am.
39-hour basic working week with all breaks paid. The rate of pay:
Between £14.32 per hour and £15.11 per hour dependant upon job role.
Overtime payable at enhanced rates from £20.64 - £30.22 per hour.
