We are seeking an organised, detail-oriented Logistics Assistant to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring our stock moves seamlessly across retail, e-commerce, and wholesale channels. You will be responsible for distributing stock to our retail boutiques, packing and dispatching web orders, managing wholesale partner accounts, booking in and receiving supplier POs into the system, managing repairs and returns for both e-commerce and wholesale customers, coordinating the shipment of samples and repairs to suppliers, supporting and managing stocktakes, and delivering exceptional customer service at all touchpoints.




Key Responsibilities


Stock Distribution & Inventory Management

* Allocate and dispatch stock to retail locations according to replenishment schedules.
* Maintain accurate records of stock movements across all channels.
* Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies promptly.


E-Commerce Fulfilment

* Pick, pack, and dispatch web orders efficiently, ensuring items are presented and packaged to luxury brand standards.
* Liaise with couriers to arrange timely deliveries and track shipments.
* Process returns and exchanges in line with company procedures.


Wholesale Account Management

* Manage wholesale partner stock orders, from allocation to dispatch.
* Maintain up-to-date wholesale account records, ensuring accurate invoicing and delivery schedules.
* Serve as a point of contact for wholesale partners regarding order status and stock availability.


Repairs & Returns Management

* Manage the end-to-end process for repairs and returns for both e-commerce customers and wholesale partners.
* Log, track, and coordinate all returns, ensuring correct documentation and efficient resolution.
* Liaise with suppliers for repairs, monitor progress, and update relevant stakeholders.
* Ensure returned items are inspected, processed, and re-entered into stock or written off as necessary.


Samples & Supplier Repairs

* Prepare and ship product samples to wholesale partners, press contacts, and other stakeholders.
* Arrange and track shipments of repairs to suppliers, ensuring secure packaging and proper paperwork.
* Maintain clear records of all outgoing and returned items.


Supplier Purchase Orders (POs)

* Book in and receive supplier deliveries, checking against purchase orders for accuracy and quality.
* Log all received goods into the stock management system promptly and accurately.
* Flag any discrepancies or damages to the relevant teams for resolution.


Stocktakes

* Support and manage full and partial stocktakes across retail, wholesale, and e-commerce locations.
* Coordinate counting schedules, resources, and system updates.
* Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in collaboration with relevant teams.


Customer Service

* Respond to customer queries regarding orders, stock, and repairs promptly and professionally.
* Provide clear and courteous communication with wholesale partners, retail staff, and e-commerce customers.
* Resolve issues efficiently, ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders.
* Escalate complex concerns appropriately while maintaining accountability for timely follow-up.


Operational & Administrative Support

* Assist with incoming goods, ensuring all deliveries are checked, logged, and stored correctly.
* Update stock management systems with real-time data.
* Support seasonal stock preparations and promotional events.




Skills & Attributes

* Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
* Excellent time management with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
* Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office (Excel essential).
* A proactive, team-oriented approach with a commitment to brand standards.




Experience

* Previous experience in logistics, stock control, or order fulfilment (preferably within retail, fashion, or luxury goods).
* Experience with customer service, repairs/returns processes, wholesale account management, supplier POs, and stocktakes is desirable but not essential.
