Lettings Manager – Abingdon Location: Abingdon Salary: £27,500 – £32,000 basic (depending on experience) On Target Earnings: £50,000 (uncapped) Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:45am – 6:00pm, Friday 8:45am – 5:30pm, and every other Saturday 10:00am – 3:00pm Driving Licence: Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle required The Opportunity An excellent opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and commercially driven Lettings Manager to join a well-established and highly regarded estate agency in Abingdon. This role offers the chance to take full ownership of a lettings operation within a busy and successful branch, with responsibility for driving performance, increasing market share, and developing a high-performing team. The position would suit either an experienced Lettings Manager seeking a fresh challenge, or a strong Senior Lettings Negotiator ready to step into a management role within a structured and supportive environment.
