The role:
As a junior sous chef, you will be a developing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and your team. You should have excellent food knowledge and standards, and use this to lead, engage, and inspire.
We are looking for someone who:
* is passionate about supporting and developing their team while maintaining high standards
* is ready to manage the line, plan shifts, and coach the team on the go
* understands food safety, health and safety standards, and has knowledge of financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labour costs
* loves celebrating team success and recognizes individual needs
