Early Careers Class Teacher

This is an exciting opportunity for an Early Career Teacher to join Holy Trinity’s warm, supportive and values driven school community in a popular village primary school.

Support for Early Career Teachers

We are a large two form entry primary school and are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Early Career Teacher to join our team from September 2026. We are proud to be an excellent training establishment, offering strong induction, mentoring and ongoing professional development within a supportive appraisal framework.

Our Environment

Standards of achievement are high, our children are well-behaved, parents are supportive and staff enjoy working at Holy Trinity. We have fantastic school grounds which include an outdoor classroom, school pond, osier bed and willow dome. We believe it is an ideal environment for a teaching career. Ofsted May 2022 noted that “Staff feel extremely valued and respected. They are highly positive about the support that they receive to manage their workload and well-being.”

About the Trust

In April 2018, Holy Trinity Primary School joined The Alliance Multi-Academy Trust (TAMAT) - a group of five like-minded, local primary schools - which provides opportunities for working together, sharing good practice and professional development.
