Job Description
We specialise in supporting adults with complex neurological conditions and injuries, going beyond traditional rehabilitation and long‑term care by tailoring nursing care and therapeutic support to each individual’s goals, preferences and needs.
Rehab Assistants are carers, therapy assistants and companions all in one. They take the time to get to know our residents and are trusted to give each the care they need, in the way they like. You will work closely with residents, families and multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic, person‑centred care in line with individual care plans.
Responsibilities
* Assist residents with personal care tasks where required.
* Provide social and emotional support to encourage participation in centre activities.
* Offer companionship by taking an interest in residents’ lives.
* Support therapy sessions and daily living skills to promote independence.
* Collaborate with nurses, therapists and other specialists to plan and shape care.
* Adapt to residents’ changing needs and routines.
* Work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

About You
* Valid proof of right to work in the UK.
* Experience in care is welcomed but not essential.
* Strong and clear communication skills with a genuine passion for delivering compassionate care.
