A fantastic opportunity to work for a leading FM Service Provider working in Luton in an aviation environment. Working within a team you will be responsible for the completion of planned and reactive maintenance. The engineer must have experience working in maintenance within a commercial or industrial environment.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings
* Boiler maintenance
* Emergency lighting
* Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
* Chillers - Re-set
* Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
* Plumbing - Unblocking toilets, replace taps etc
* BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)
* UPS Systems - Monitor / Take readings
* Basic Electrical duties
Hours of work / package / duration
* Monday to Friday
* Weekly rotating hours: 7am to 4pm - 9am to 6pm
* 2 week temp role initially, can be extended depending on clearance of a Temp Airside Pass
* £25p/h - 8 hours paid per day
* Immediate start
Requirements
* Mechanically / Plumbing qualified (C&G, NVQ etc)
* A proven track record in Building Maintenance, Mechanical bias
* Must be able to pass a Temporary Airside Pass
* Must have a 5 year traceable work history
