Responsible for managing daily restaurant operations during shifts, leading and training a team of employees, ensuring excellent customer service and product quality, and maintaining cleanliness, safety, and health standards. Key duties include overseeing food preparation, handling cash register operations, assisting with customer inquiries and issue resolution, and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment to meet brand and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Team Leadership & Operations: Lead and motivate a team, manage shift operations, and delegate tasks to ensure efficient restaurant functioning.
* Customer Service: Serve customers by taking accurate orders, processing payments, and resolving inquiries or issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Food Quality & Preparation: Oversee food preparation and packaging to ensure all products meet Burger King's quality and brand standards.
* Cleanliness & Safety: Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety in the dining area, kitchen, restrooms, and overall work environment.
* Training & Development: Train and mentor new team members on their roles, responsibilities, and Burger King standards.
* Cash Handling: Manage cash register operations, including accurately taking orders and processing customer payments.
* Team Environment: Foster a positive, collaborative, and respectful work environment for all team members.
