Dewey Group are currently seeking qualified Traffic Marshalls to join a civil engineering project based on the M3 motorway upgrade in Winchester.
This is an initial 1 month contract, with the potential for extension depending on project requirements and performance.
Role Details:
* Location: Winchester M3 motorway
* Contract length: Initial 1 months (potential to extend)
* Hours: Approx 50 hours per week (potential for overtime)
* Responsibilities:
* Safely manage and control vehicle and pedestrian movements on site
* Ensure all traffic management operations comply with site rules and safety regulations
* Communicate clearly with site operatives, plant operators, and delivery drivers
* Maintain a safe working environment at all times
Requirements:
* Valid Traffic Marshall/Banksman qualification (CPCS or NPORS)
* Previous experience working as a Traffic Marshall on construction or civil engineering sites
* Due to the location of this project own transport is essential
* Strong awareness of health and safety procedures
* Ability to work long hours and be flexible with shifts
* Valid right to work in the UK
