Are you an enthusiastic and passionate Nurse looking for a fresh start in 2025? Come and join Sirona as a Community Nurse, a role where you really make a difference.
We are a forward-thinking team that will really value you as an individual by supporting your development and investing in you.
We have opportunities across Woodspring locality for registered nurses, whether you are newly qualified, looking for a change from hospital work, or relocating. This is the perfect place to begin or continue your nursing career.
Our Integrated Neighbourhood Teams are made up of nurses, therapists, paramedics, and support workers who work together to support service users on their healthcare journey. We would love for you to join us.
As a Community Nurse, you would be welcomed into one of our busy nursing teams to support service users with nursing needs in their own homes.
As a Nurse in one of Sirona's INTs, you will work within a multi-disciplinary team to provide holistic and specialist skills supported by a robust competency framework.
You will have the opportunity to develop additional competencies within the requirements of the multi-disciplinary approach to the INT.
Due to the diversity of needs in our localities, this is a great opportunity to develop your skills through training and team support in various nursing interventions. Working in a community setting allows you to get to know your caseload intimately and tailor your interventions in a holistic and person-centred way. This could involve managing health needs or supporting health promotion and education.
Ever dreamt of a career that sparks excitement and fosters your professional growth? Imagine waking up eager to make a real difference in our community, surrounded by teams who value your ideas.
We are Sirona care & health – England’s largest provider of Adult’s and Children’s Community Services, and we’d love for you to join us in Bristol, North Somerset, or South Gloucestershire.
Our benefits include Agenda for Change salary, full NHS benefits, 27+ days’ annual leave, and participation in the NHS Pension Scheme.
We welcome and encourage all applicants. We are committed to reflecting the communities we support and actively seek to improve workforce diversity. We believe diversity fosters creativity and innovation.
We are dedicated to equality of opportunity, fairness, and inclusivity, creating a place where everyone belongs. We aim to draw on a wide range of views and experiences to meet the evolving needs of our colleagues, partners, and communities.
