Location: London Road, Waterlooville
Full-Time: 41.25 hours per week
Salary: £28,600 per annum

Your Role as Room Leader:
* Create engaging, age-appropriate experiences that support children’s development
* Lead by example, promoting a nurturing and inclusive environment
* Support staff with high-quality observations and updates on EyLog
* Champion the key person approach to build secure attachments
* Maintain accurate records using EyMan and ensure compliance with EYFS
* Safeguard the wellbeing of children, staff, and families at all times
What We’re Looking For:
* Level 3 Childcare Qualification: Essential
* 1+ Year Experience in Early Years: Essential
* 6+ Months in a Senior Role: Desirable
* Strong understanding of EYFS and Ofsted standards
* Fluent in written and spoken English
