Salary
Marie Curie Clinical Pay Scale - Band 3 (aligned with AFC) £25,760 - £27,476 per annum + enhancements, and a whole list of Marie Curie employee benefits
Contract
Full‑time and part‑time available
Responsibilities
* Monitor and assist patients’ skin integrity and personal hygiene
* Conduct nutrition assessments
* Attend to comfort needs to assist with rest and sleep
* Provide support with mobility
* Monitor vital signs
* Promote and maintain a clean and tidy care environment
Qualifications
* NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent Level 3 qualification
* Recent experience in caring for and supporting patients at the end of life
* A passion, knowledge and understanding of how to deliver person‑centred care
* A clear, appropriate and sensitive communicator who can make informed decisions in a timely manner
* Someone who understands the importance of prioritising a patient’s care, comfort and privacy
* Experience working within a multidisciplinary team, assisting in curating individual assessments and advanced care plans
* Knowledge of IT, particularly Microsoft Office and electronic health record systems
