Shift pattern will include weekends and late evenings, with finish times around 1am.

Cocktail and previous bar experience is essential.
Rota based shifts, shifts will generally be Thursday – Sunday, and will include lates until around 1am.
Weekly working hours can vary depending on business levels and business will quieten in off peak seasons. Due to our location, a full driving licence is recommended.
