Garden Centre Team Leaders
Location: Grantham.
Contract type: Permanent.
Hours: Full & Part Time.
Hours: 25-40 Hours Per Week, Including Weekends.
At British Garden Centres, we aim to deliver a great experience in our Centres and go above and beyond in creating an exceptional customer service experience.
We are looking for Team Leaders to work in this fast‑paced, customer‑focused Centre across a variety of areas including Plants, Tills, and the Seasonal department. Successful candidates will be highly motivated, approachable, and possess excellent people skills with a positive “can do” attitude and a keen eye for detail.
Candidates must be physically fit, as the role involves hands‑on work and some heavy lifting. Plant knowledge is a must for the Plant Team Leader role.
