We are looking for someone who can …Manage a team of Direct Reports and a team of up to 50 indirect reports providing leadership and direction for the shiftDevelop and train reports and ensure SLA’s are hit for the Day shiftEnsure compliance with all site HSES rules and regulationsGenerate and process BI and MI reports based on work output of Drivers and LoadersManage individual project priorities, deadlines and deliverables.Essential skills and experience required:Management experience of leading and managing a team.Must be able to work on own initiative in a pressurised environment to tight deadlinesPC Literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft officeExperienced of working in fast-paced logisticsAn understanding of Transport regulationsGood communicator and able to liaise at all levels
