The Permanent Division of Robert Half is currently recruiting for an Operations Manager on behalf of a Global Sales and Distribution business with offices in Borehamwood
The Role
As Operations Manager you will lead the day to day business operations across the UK and aim to drive organizational efficiency through improved operational functions, team management and process optimization - in turn delivering strategic initiative that support the company growth plans. Day to day duties will consist of:
1. Oversee daily operations across multiple functions to maximise output and efficiency together with monitoring adherence to rules, regulations and procedures.
2. Oversee the output of the Sales Administration, Technical Support/Repairs and Warehouse teams to ensure it is in line with business standards through direct people management.
3. Co-ordinate, manage and monitor cross departmental / function work-flow relationships.
4. Design, document, implement, coordinate, monitor and continuously improve operational frameworks and processes of departments involved in stock control, customer support and sales invoicing & administration, technical support and repairs.
5. Translate strategic priorities into clear, executable operational plans.
