An exciting opportunity has arisen within one of North Wales Premier Award Winning and diverse businesses. We are currently recruiting for a talented and driven individual to be the client face in our Hot Tub and Spa Showroom. The position is a full time but the hours are as follows

Monday 9am to 5pm

Tuesday 9am to 5pm

Wednesday OFF

Thursday OFF

Friday 9am to 5pm

Saturday 10am to 4pm (Higher Wage on a weekend)

Sunday 10am to 4pm (Higher Wage on a weekend)

We appreciate these working hours aren't for everyone. So that is why we are paying extra pay for the weekend aspect of the job. Weekend pay will be £2 an hour extra on top of the basic Pay in the week. So please ensure you are happy with these working hours before applying for this exciting role. This role comes with a basic pay and commission on sales too. This is a great opportunity to earn above a basic wage in a great showroom, selling some amazing outdoor leisure products inc hot tubs, saunas, pools, verandas and pergolas plus so much more

Roles and responsibilities will include;

* Meet and greet customer at the showroom and show them our range of products and take details of their visit and pass to the sales team.
* Ensuring first class customer service to all our clientele
* Updating CRM systems
* Calling customers to follow up on sales
* Calling customers to talk about other products we offer
* Excellent Telephone Manner required
* Building and maintaining Relationships with our extensive customer base.
* Professional and system like approach to the sales process
* Looking after delivery diaries and keeping client informed during spa manufacturing process through to delivery
* Putting adverts on Facebook for showroom items
* You will be expected to have excellent organisational skills
* Excellent Customer Service skills
* Excellent Administration and organising skills.
* Excellent Face to face skills serving customers in store.
* Ability to learn quick on the job about products and services we offer.
* Take payments and handle cash
* Minor cleaning duties to keep the showroom tidy.

Role offers a basic salary and an opportunity to earn commission subject to experience.

We are looking for an enthusiastic person who wants to learn and develop as a person, in an ambitious company. We have a great team at the company and the business is more like a small family culture.

We also offer mental health support to employees via local trained therapists if required.

We are also open to this role being 4 days as long as the weekend is covered and Monday and Friday are fixed days too. Ideally this is a 5 day a week role.

Ideally you will have experience in selling products to customers as this is a big part of the job but we are happy to train the right people.

Please Note: In the next few months the role will be locating to St Asaph and bus routes are difficult. So if you do apply for the role ideally you drive and you need to be happy that the role will be locating to St Asaph very soon. This is a permanent move to a new showroom.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.21 per hour
