PRODUCTION ASSISTANT BRISTOL
£Open (Depending on Experience) + Overtime (Time ½ after shifts or Sat / Double Sundays) + 25 Days Holiday + 8 Bank Holidays + Tax free bonus (Employee Ownership Trust ) + Other Benefits + Summer and Winter parties
Hours: Week 1: 7am - 2.30pm / Week 2: 12.30pm - 8pm
Our client is a leading Large Format Digital and Graphics Company based in the Southwest. They are currently looking to recruit a Production Assistant to join their team you will be joining a friendly team who work together to give their customers a 5* service.
Key Responsibilities:
In-house production of signs, graphics and acoustics.
Operating Zund and Esko cutting machines.
Use of both Laminator and Plotter.
Operating light machinery and power tools.
Working as part of a teamwork.
To establish and maintain good working relationships with colleagues and clients
To understand and comply with all relevant company policies and procedures.
To always promote and maintain a positive image of the company.Required:
Organised and can work well under pressure.
Self-motivated with good time management.
Good communication skills both written and verbal.
Good understanding of Health and Safety and working with machinery.
Ability to work as a team.These principle responsibilities are not an exhaustive list of duties, only a general guide to the post. In consultation with the post holder, the duties may change from time to time to reflect the changing needs of the company.
