Allergy & Clinical Immunology Training Programme Director
We are seeking to recruit a Training Programme Director for Allergy & Clinical Immunology.
Applicants must already work within Allergy & Clinical Immunology in a Thames Valley Trust.
This role involves 1 hour per week, with an annual salary of £2,500.
The Training Programme Director will work with the Head of School to lead various functions aligned with the NHS England mandate.
Note: NHSE is expected to merge into DHSC by 30/09/2026, which may affect extensions and new appointments. Further arrangements will be communicated as the new structure becomes clearer.
Main duties
The Director is accountable to the Head of School and focuses on improving learner supervision, assessment, engagement, and educational outcomes. The role will also involve workforce transformation and multi-professional collaboration.

Colleagues with a contractual office base are expected to spend at least 40% of their time working in-person.

Experience and Knowledge

Qualifications and Training
* Primary clinical healthcare qualification
* Membership/Fellowship of a relevant College or professional body
* Current Consultant in the relevant speciality
* Commitment to ongoing professional development
Salary will depend on experience and will align with TPD sessional payments.
