Your new role You will take responsibility for delivering a high quality tenancy and estate management service across a designated patch. You will carry out regular estate inspections, address issues such as tenancy breaches, environmental concerns and health and safety matters, and build strong relationships with customers to support vibrant and safe neighbourhoods. Your work will involve managing a caseload of tenancies, supporting customers through visits and reviews, and taking appropriate action where tenancy agreements are not being adhered to.
