Friday: 8:00 AM 1:00 PM Pay Rate: £12.27 per hour Overtime: £18.41 per hour Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent
About the Role
Were recruiting Production Operatives to join our clients busy site in Randalstown, Antrim. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a long-term position with a well-established company offering stability and career development. Youll be working as part of a team responsible for sorting, processing, and preparing clothing and textiles for distribution. Key Responsibilities
Sorting and grading clothing and textiles according to quality and type
Preparing items for packaging and dispatch
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment
Meeting daily targets and following company quality standards
Supporting general warehouse and production duties as required
Requirements
Previous experience in a production, warehouse, or factory environment (preferred but not essential)
Good attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
