What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Delivering engaging and differentiated science lessons across KS3 and KS4
2. Supporting students of varying abilities, including those with additional needs.
3. Creating a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment.
4. Planning and delivering practical experiments in line with safety procedures.
5. Monitoring progress, providing feedback, and supporting academic achievement.
6. Building strong relationships with students, colleagues, parents, and carers.
What We Are Looking For:
7. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
8. Experience teaching Science at secondary level
9. Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
10. A passion for inclusive education and student development.
11. Excellentmunication and organisational skills.
12. A proactive, flexible, andmitted approach.
Experience working with SEN / SEMH students would be highly advantageous but is not essential.Why Join This School?
